Donna brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, beginning her career as a Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing.

Her leadership journey has been defined by a deep commitment to health equity, culturally safe care, and systemic reform. Donna has held senior executive roles including CEO, Australian Indigenous Doctors’ Association and Deputy CEO of The Healing Foundation.

Donna is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on headspace National, including Chair of the First Nations Cultural Governance Committee. Her governance expertise and strategic insight have made her a trusted voice in national conversations around Indigenous health, climate health and wellbeing.
