Clinical Excellence
There is a critical gap in the healthcare system: women lack easy access to essential sexual health services. This gap demands action, and we stepped up to fill it.
At June Health, clinical excellence is central to everything we do. We combine rigorous clinical governance with evidence-based practice to ensure every pathway from at-home STI screening to specialist gynaecology care, meets the highest standards of safety, effectiveness, and patient-centred quality.
Our clinical protocols are designed to align with recognised best practice frameworks, and we prioritise transparent processes so patients receive care that is both trustworthy and consistent. Drawing on international quality principles that prioritise safe and effective outcomes, we continually review and refine our care models to reflect the latest clinical evidence and evolving standards of care.We also invest in ongoing quality assurance and clinical oversight. All clinical services at June are overseen by accredited medical professionals, and our care pathways are audited regularly to ensure they perform reliably and safely. By integrating robust governance with modern digital tools and clear clinician-patient communication, June Health delivers specialist sexual and reproductive healthcare that is both accessible and excellent — bridging the gaps in traditional systems and setting a new standard for how women’s health care should feel.

01
Evidence-led care
Every June Health service is built on current clinical guidelines and evidence-based protocols. From STI testing to gynaecology referrals, care pathways are designed and reviewed by accredited clinicians to ensure decisions are safe, appropriate, and clinically sound — not rushed or reactive.
02
Accredited clinicians & oversight
All consultations at June are delivered by fully accredited Australian doctors and specialists, supported by senior clinical oversight. We maintain clear scopes of practice, escalation pathways, and continuous peer review to ensure care remains consistent, accountable, and of the highest quality.
03
Continuous review & improvement
Clinical quality at June doesn’t end at the consult. We actively monitor outcomes, review cases, and refine protocols as new evidence emerges. This commitment to ongoing audit and improvement allows us to deliver care that is not only accessible, but reliably safe and effective over time.
“At June, clinical excellence isn’t optional — it’s foundational. Every pathway is designed to meet the same standards I would expect in a hospital setting, with patient safety and evidence guiding every decision.” — Dr Kieran McCaffrey, Chief Medical Officer
Care at June doesn’t stop at a result. Our model is built to support follow-up, clinical review, and onward referral where needed, so patients are guided through next steps rather than left navigating outcomes alone.
